Indoor / Outdoor Fitness Bootcamps
Bootcamp is one hour class consisting of a dynamic mix of exercises adopted from strength training, boxing, gym-classes, sports training, etc. Providing a full body, full-spirit workout, this challenging, co-ed class builds endurance, strength and agility, promoting new tone and fat loss for any fitness level.

Personal Fitness Training
Come to us: Our studio is used for personal training only and each workout is performed with your trainer; you will not be lost in the shuffle of a large gym! Our workouts are taken seriously in a light-hearted environment to drive real results.
Let us come to you: Our trainers will come to your home or gym delivering aggressive workouts for beginners and experts regardless of their fitness level. Whether in a private or small-group session, your trainer will use what exercise equipment you have available (none required) to make sure that you get a fun and effective workout, custom to your goals and needs.
Nutritional Programs
Nutrition is a huge part of body shaping and should not be ignored! In fact, we believe that 60-80% of FAT loss is contributed to diet when supported by a solidexercise regime. In effort of proper nutrition, BodyXpress advocatesknowledge and follow-through. We have periodic seminars giving you a detailed nutrition knowledge-base to educate you on the right food and drink choices. All members are welcome and encouraged to bring in their nutrition log at any time and your trainers will review your food choices and progress with you. We also design custom nutritional programs.
